Pattern Maker
- Receive and study document, pattern request from the client.
- Discuss with manager and MR if any issue with sewing process, fabric and accessories.
- Carry out pattern based on client request by lectra software.
- The first stage is the development stage of sewing patterns, so the design can be fit in advance on the dummy.
- Pass the pattern to Sample department to make a sample garment and send to client for approval.
- Report costing.
- Correct the pattern according to customer comments on the counter, pp sample, size set and bulk stages. Especially, bulk stage must be carefully checked before bulk loading.
- Export pattern to a system of cost norms.
- Transfer file Artwork to pattern, transferred pattern would be sent to MR or supplier.
