-Received standard part of customer about appearance and dimension. After apply in process mass production

-Create and update new products from customers into quality management system.

-Report to Head of Quality Management of incidents such as: customers complain about product defects, product quality not reached at the company.

-Coordinate with relevant departments to solve product quality problems.

-Resolve complaints from customers about the quality of products and feedback about root-cause, corrective action.

-Support to QA team such as: Read the drawing and technical data, inspection, measurement of products or products being produced.

-Work with customers to collect requirements as well as feedback on product quality.

-Support for events of the company such as football, year-end party.
