Position: Business Development Associate

The scope of work:

- Discover and bond with new overseas suppliers.
- Manage existing partners and assess their potential on a quarterly basis.
- Discuss business prospects with suppliers and weigh their products based on market demands and competitiveness.
- Compare and report the price offers prior to purchases.
- Calculate overhead inputs and devise plans to minimize those costs (logistics services, taxes, freight, so on).
- Make commodity purchases as per projects and R&D, negotiate terms and conditions of PO/Sales Contracts in terms of price, delivery, payment policies.
- Prepare the document set to get through customs and carry out special inspection procedures.
- Follow up shipments to ensure the delivery as scheduled.
