WORKING EXPERIENCE

1.     From Sept.2019 until beginning Jul.2021

       Position:Vice supply chain manager  -LOTUS SOFA CUT&SEW JSC

Have 3 factory major is Furniture making sofa and cut & sew cover

Main job:

- Update Co from CS, follow BOM  calculate consumption , open PO hardware, Mech, fabris, PVC, leather … etc

-Push Cs come order, control schedule 5 weeks of production, push sample, BOM, design drawing of Technical dept for Team develop and buying

-Sourcing material from China, fabric, leather, equirement , electric component….etc

-Check with Agent ETA, get bill, get CI, PL from Vendor and send to Logistic dept.

- Check quotations with Agent and choose the best invoice with Vendor.

-Arrange and do contract, documents to financials dept send to bank

-Follow planing do weekly purchasing report , calculate demands and send to team buy

-Control and push the tools ,machine, steel …for  factory and push team handle material arrive on time

- Control schedule fabric for factory cut & sew comes safely 4 weeks Stock and on water.

-Doing payment weekly plan and send to FA dept

- Answer other department any issue

-Control TEAM 4 persons

-Control warehouse : 17 persons

Ending salary :gross 20,000,000đ

2.From July.2015 to Aug.2019

Position: purchasing manager ( buy oversea and local)

Company : SGX CO.,LTD  ( major production sport shoes and leather for UVEX, LECAF, GEOX (ITALY) KWISS …ETC )

Add: NO.7, THONG NHAT HIGHWAY, SONG THAN 2 IDZ, DI AN WARD, DI AN TOWN, BINH DUONG PROVINCE,VIETNAM

My main tasks : Buy main material for factory from oversea  ( Italy, Germany , France, Korea, India…) and viet nam of 30 suppliers , make payment for accounting , material come go to customer confirm color ,quality ..etc

MTL : leather, textile , toecap , needle, thread , glue, PU SYN, texon insole almost is oversea and local

When I received orders from customers and a spec sheet of development dept, I updated consumption and calculated that the MTL list  for production had lost 5-10%. Checking the plan of the export shoe and pushing ETD, ETA. When MTL came, QC cut A4 sample, I gave to Customers confirm color and if quality have problem that solve  it by way inform my boss and customers checked.

-         Update MPO, plan production of MTL , checking the mail, solve some problem of MTL

Beginning salary : 7.500.000vnd

Ending Salary: 15,000,000 vnd

3.From March 2011 to December 2013:

Position: Purchaser  (buy local )

Company: New Life Health Products Joint Stock Company of  USA

Address: Binh Giao Hamlet, Thuan Giao Commune, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong

Lines of business: specializing in processing marine fish oils used for human consumption. (Food product)

My main tasks: purchasing materials and equipment in the factory, selling scrap and byproducts of fish oil, etc.

Beginning Salary:  6,000,000 VND

Ending Salary: 8,800,000 VND

          4.From March 2008 to February 2011:

Position: Accountant  and Purchaser

Company: Yong Cheon Viet Nam Co., Ltd  of Korean

Lines of business: PU synthetic leather ( major shoe and leather)

My main tasks: writing invoices, preparing lists of goods sales, comparing debt with customers; making purchase orders; sending orders to suppliers by email and wait them return, dealing price with suppliers; checking progress of delivered goods;doing import-export documents, following suppliers’ payments and writing receipts, paying customers requests of the Director; preparing original payment document;making sale contracts as needed.
