EXPERIENCE

2017 – Present : TEAM LEADER - THUAN PHUONG CO., LTD 2015 – 2016 : MERCHANDISER - THUAN PHUONG CO., LTD
Handle orders end to end with various accounts including HIS (Walmart) , Haddad (Nike, Jordan, Converser, Hurley, Lego, Crayola orders).
MANANGEMENT
- Oversee the orders, forecast and production planning.
- Take owner ship of business performance, KPIs and propose improvement to meet KPIs.
- Do analyzing on costing to quote Buyer within required timeframe and ensure profit margins.
- Negotiate on the price, capacity and delivery date with Buyer unit getting the commition orders.
- Independently dealing with vendor/ factory about the production costs.
- Manage and work closely with Design Pattern, R&D dept. and Technical team for new products
development to make sure to comply with Buyer’s requirements.
- Sourcing variety materials with overseas and local suppliers.
- Evaluate and select potential suppliers by reviewing capability and facility to make sure to
comply with Buyer’s requirements.
- Check TNA with team members and solve their problem if needed.
      
 DEVELOPMENT
- Develop new products and promote to customer to meet sales target and quotation.
- Ability to master, follow up and deploy Buyer’s document requirement to relevant department for
implementation.
- Liaison with Internal department and Buyers changes on product to make workable and creative
products, avoid problems in bulk if needed.
- Sourcing fabric and accessories directly with oversea Suppliers (mostly in China, Taiwan) and
local Supplier to develop new style and meet sourcing objectives and timeline.
- Develop Print, Embroidery, Lap dip, ..etc. by working with relevant suppliers.
- Ensure on time sample and whole submissions of material sending and follow up approval
comments.
 PURCHASING
- Follow up the fabric and accessories purchase.
- Controlling & solving all problems related to order’s progress.
- Working and dealing with suppliers for capacity, prices, quality, term of payment, the delivery
time.
- Follow up production status and solve material problem in factory, deal with supplier about
conditions and damages.
 PRODUCTION 
- Coordinate between Buyer, Supplier and Factory to solve all matters from development until
shipment directly.
- Monitor on-time delivery and leverage factory’s performance and products quality.
- Attending PP meeting with technician QA/QC and Factory to ensure quality before production.
- Support production team to ensure product efficiency.
- Solve problems arising if needed and improving products time to time.
- Follow up test reports such as CPSIA, RSL, fabric test, garment test, etc.. make sure quality
meet buyer’s standard.
2014-2015 : MERCHANDISER – MINH HOANG GARMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
- Read techpack and make Purchasing orders fabric/ accessories.
- Working with supplier, send PO and push supplier to ship fabric/ accessories on time, check
with logictics team to arrange schedule ETD/ ETA.
- Making contract, shipping document and send to Import and Export department to make
customs declare.
- After received inspection report from QC, working with supplier about quantity & quality for
supplier arrange replacement fabric/accessories.
- Solve all issue relate to material/ accessories.
2012 - 2014: MERCHANDISER – HOA BINH GARMENT JOIN STOCK COMPANY
- Working directly with customers from sample development to bulk production.
- Translating tech packs before sending them to technology dept..
- Balancing, purchasing all material and trims.
- Checking the ETD of goods and production plan of factory to confirm the shipping date to
customers.
- Following up delivery process to make sure goods can be arrived on time or to handle the risk
opportunely.
- Reporting directly to the vice director when material and trims are well-gathered to start
production.
- Making production order and keeping track of production process.
- Preparing documents to import goods and export garments.
- Following up other members’ tasks and working with production dept. and sample dept. for plan
of delivery date.
- Checking other members’ issues and solve their problems if needed.
