▪ Receive orders, create demand, place material orders and tracking shipment date
▪ Prepare & update all necessary conditions before production tracking (PI, BOM,
sample, trims card, S/O, system etc.)
▪ Make fit sample, final design sample, test sample, advertisement sample and QA file
▪ Work with L&F to submit PPS/FDS/Shade band sample and solve problem
▪ After PPS is approved, informing CAD room to revise pattern and update grading rule for bulk
▪ Follow up closely with production, planning and quality department to make sure to keep the delivery date 
▪ Solve and push to solve any production issues (bad quality, replenishment, etc.)
▪ Give shipping instructions and follow up shipment, delay/shortage/over ship
▪ Check inline/ TOP sample and send to buyer to get approval

Check ex-factory date with FWD after receiving IHD

Check line schedule of factory based on material/ ex-factory date

Check inline/ TOP sample and send to buyer to get approval

Follow up closely for bulk production in order to book final inspection

Conduct quality control with third party inspector before releasing shipment

Settle payment for factory (debit note, contract)
