+ Checking and reviewing documents before signing or sending to the Manager

+ Weekly report to the Manager about school purchase order and fixing facilities

+ Other tasks as required by the Manager

+ Monitor compliance with regulations, processes, and practices of the management system.

+Check documents and vouchers from departments before submitting to Manager for approval

+Arrange working schedule for General Director: meeting schedule, booking air tickets,
