Always send good samples on time despite many samples to be prepared at the same time (include samples for urgent tender)

2. Managing multiple priorities

Track status of each stage in sample development from sourcing material to getting approved sample and update it in checksheet every day to minimize huge tasks and avoid any missing in case of thumps up information

Deal with many related departments for the best deadline to well organize tasks on top priorities

- Conducted research on potential vendors by comparing price, quality, lead-time

- Liaised with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are in-house on time

- Monitored stock levels and place orders based on BOM and storage as needed

- Tracked orders and ensure timely delivery

- Made SOP by AutoCAD software, and BOM for production, costing

- Cooperated with factory for making sample, with QA for sample testing, checked sample before sending to the customer for approval
