- PO Management: Control Purchase Order to supplier on time and exact quantity
- Manage PO Lead time and MOQ of Purchase Order
- Control Demand fluctuation to revise Purchase order on time
- Delivery: Monitor delivery on time to meet production plan. Control full kit available
for production. Daily make PSI & related report for shortage cases.
- Work with Forwarder to make import process at fastest
- KPI Control: Scrap Amount, Long-term inventory, Days of Inventory.
- Risk Inventory Management: Monitor risk inventory and find ways to minimize
- Support Warehouse management in I-WMS Set up, Receipt error, issuing material
to line with system, defect material handling
- Overhead Cost task: Finding creative activities of Material team to reduce Cost
(Scrap cost, Air cost, Repair Facility Cost, ...)
