* Key responsibilities: - Teach English in different levels from basic to advanced one. - Manage the academic staff efficiently. - Assign homework to students and tasks to teachers. - Work with the class managers to evaluate students' study. - Interview new students in a placement test. - Train and support new teachers with the way how to teach different types of lesson with the Reflex Method. - Plan and run meetings, tasks, events and ceremonies of the school (e.g. Grand Opening Day, Halloween Day, Teacher's Day, Christmas Day, School's Birthday...). - Be responsible for meeting with students' parents. - Take care of and lead students in school camps or outdoor activities. - Motivate and help students achieve their study objectives. - Compose lesson plans, new teaching materials for extra classes and extra curricular activities. * Strength: - Be highly-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, cooperative, whole-hearted, helpful, friendly, humorous. - Work well independently and on a team to solve problems.
