1, Help analyze, develop and provide qualit y service t o cust omers; t o assist cust omers in select ing product s; t o answer t heir quest ions about t he product s, and any issues concerning product s and services.
2. Promote the company’s products with persuasion; to satisfy the customer’s needs and wants; to solicit new and current customers; to make sales calls; to greet the customers; to help the customers in identifying their requirement s; t o promot e product s; t o answer t he cust omers’ quest ions regarding t he product s; t o negot iat e prices if necessary; to assist other departments from the company to satisfy customer’s wants and needs.

9, Create and develop sales and marketing reports for management; as well as market research activities that seek a specific response through surveys regarding the products and/or services.
