Marketing Operation Executive
Social Bella is an oversea technology company focusing on beauty and personal care industry. Sociolla is a beauty e-commerce platform.

Responsible for the operational aspects of corporate branding and marketing services for internal brands.

Executed impacful marketing strategy and plans including creative PR/Social Media (FB,IG, Tiktok)/Content/Influencing Marketing/Livestreaming/Activation plans and ensure smooth and timely execution to drive sales and corporate brand equity.

Planning:

Assisted Marketing and Communications Manager (MarCom Manager) in developing marketing plans and executing promotional initiatives to profitable increase revenue within budgeted parameters, including carrying out competitor analysis, promotional materials, advertising opportunities, Ecommerce platforms.

Contributed to and partnered with different functions (Sales, Guest Relations, Purchasing & Finance) and 5 outlets: Room Divisions, Spa, Restaurants, and Rooftop Bar for on-going projects, and brainstorm promotion activities, customer complaint,, competitors, budget phasing, media tracking... Collaborated with MarCom Manager in preparing marketing budgets and monitor expenses. Collected press clippings monthly, reportedly directly to MarCom Manager, and Regional Marketing Manager.

Branding:

Assisted MarCom Manager in management of brand identity and brand guidelines to ensure all communication materials consistent across channels and set high brand standards.
Worked closely with internal designer to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines. Managed all aspects of print production of marketing materials.

Worked closely with Content Specialist to keep up to date and manage brand image and brand content on multiple communication platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin,...

Events & Partnerships:

Assisted MarCom Manager in activities planning and organization of Hotel’s events, facilitated the event execution by preparing agendas, producing event materials, handle directly the work of support event staffs, responded to emergencies and problems.
Assisted MarCom Manager in negotiating framework agreements and sponsorship deals, barter deals, supported the composition of business contracts, managed sponsorship activities afterward.

Be responsible for all contact with global/local agencies and management of projects contracted to agencies. Managed timelines, contracts, payments to the agencies.

Digital Marketing :

Worked closely with marketing team to develop new social media strategy, replacing overt sales pitches with focus on engagement and customer care.
Contributed to the Email strategy and hands on execution of campaigns while closely trachking and analyzing customer engagement activities.

Managed the Email Marketing including planning, email creatives, content, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, delivery, and reporting of metrics.

Developed digital content (video, motion graphics, interactive media) for resort and its outlets including restaurants and spa, along with online advertisements. Launched the company’s first coordinated social media effort and provided brand guidance to managers and employees throughout the company.

Digital Marketing:

Launched restaurant’s first social media presence and built awareness by creating/sharing engaging content and building a sense of community.
Developed engaging, viral content to build social media audience, including contests, original video

and crowd-sourced voting applications.

Personally shot and edited videos, saving budget in production costs while still creating high-quality and engaging video content.
Replaced costly digital media agencies, saving in fees; worked closely with marketing team to create high-quality digital media in-house.
