- Position: Project Management Engineer leader.

*Main responsibility:

- Prepare, deploy and manage the project according to schedule, contract, project management process and company regulations.

- Planning and objectives, overall coordination of project activities (progress, manpower, project quality, cost, bar, settlement ...) reporting the results of periodic or sudden implementation export.

- Check and monitor the implementation of progress, quality, capital recovery, construction measures, safety measures.

- Managing contractors in terms of volume, quality and progress of implementation according to the contract committed with the company.

- Responsible for managing completion documents in accordance with the company's regulations.

- Coordinate closely with professional departments and relevant functions of the company to implement the project in the most effective way.

- Check and monitor and coordinate the adjustment of legal documents, design documents in accordance with the current regulations and in accordance with the actual implementation of the project.

- Making the Master Plant for the delivery time of Project

- Working with the Engineering team to make the drawing and the material survey.

- Making the Job request for the workshop in my company and subcontractors.

- Directly contact with the represent of client (Tyazhmash Group) for the delivery Job.

- Pushing all the workshops and the other sections to meet the fabrication plant.

- Controlling the engineer team for preparing the documentations for delivery.

- Making the report to the Project Mamagement and the client.

*From May 2008 to September 2011

-Project: Saimax 3300DWT – GL Classification

-Position: Project Engineer.

*Main responsibility:

- Making the construction schedule for installation, testing the piping system and engine room’s equipment which is matching with the Master plan in project

- Contact with purchase section to make the Material and Equipments import plan 

- Installing and commissioning the piping system in the ship

- Responsible for installation the HVAC system on three (06) ships.

- Commissioning the CO2 system and HVAC system on two (06) ships.

- Commissioning all the Engine room equipment for four (06) ships.

Achievements:

- Reduce the commissioning time from 30 days per ship to 20 days per ship.
