7/2013 - 10/2018 : Maintenance leader - AUTOMOTIVE WIRE BRANCH OF YAZAKI EDS VIETNAM CO.,LTD (A Japanese company specialized in manufacturing electric wires for car electric systems)

- Designing, bidding and installing internal factory equipment (New factory established). 
- Supervising suppliers that install equipment in the factory. 
- Supervising labor safety at the installation site. 
- Solving the abnormal problems . 
- Mechanical design and KAIZEN activity (Machine Improvement). 
- Making plans to perform the requirements from Japanese technical manager. 
- Testing and operating the M&E system. 
- Making plans to perform periodic maintenance.
