Major Duties:

Test all physical and chemical criteria of raw materials and products.
Control and order chemicals and equipment for the department.
Control and store finished product samples for the departmen follow daily.
Schedule regular calibration of scales and measuring equipment.
Follow up the ISO evaluation plan and prepare documents.
Support check sensory evaluation for QA line.

Major Duties:

 

Manage and manage all activities of the Quality Assurance Department in order to implement the items in the planning, implementation, control and improvement of the quality management system.
Directing the implementation of activities to ensure product quality at the factory, using statistical tools, improving to constantly improve product quality at the factory.
Update, modify the document system, process to suit the actual production.
Conduct training, internal assessment and improvement activities to ensure that the System operates according to ISO 9001: 2015, 14001, 45001, FSSC  and other standards. Track reports of nonconformities. Supplier evaluation.
Develop plans and implement activities to apply quality management tools such as 5S.  
Check sensory semi-product and product to ensure that all step, semi product and product meet to standard.
Monitoring and checking hygiene of plant. Report dirty area for production department to improve.
Analyzes hazard and determine possible cause of defect and make necessary recommendation.
Get the raw material, semi-product and product sample for check sensory, physical and micro.
Implement system document control.
Decision release/ hold/reject finish product / semi-product. Make car coupons for production department, monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Direct report to QA supervisor.
Testing chemical and product concentrations according to standards
Knowledgeable quality management system and requirements  Issue and control ISO document.

Implement system document control.
Receive coplaint from customer, respond within one day. Investigate the cause and take corrective action
Direct report to Operation Manager.
Issue and control ISO document.
