1)    Responsible & job in Hungkiu (VN) Garment MFG Co., LTD. Company 

-    From; May 2017 to now
-    HungKiu (VietNam) 1500 employees. Main Knit garment, 30 line.
-    Position; quality Assurance Manager, control 1 QCM, 3 supervisor,  4 leader, 30 QA and 150 QC. 
-    Hungkiu (Myanmar) 4 factory about 35,000 employees. Main knit garment. Responsible review and check system procedure and Quality system. By digital and Email, report to general director. 
-    Hungkiu (Cambodia) 2 factory about 20,000 employees. Responsible review and check system procedure and quality system. By digital and Email report to general director. 

-    Responsible for set up all system procedures and quality system for Buyers requirement. Adidas, H&M, QVC, Primary, Ascena standards.
-    Responsible for providing advisory to ensure the products are manufactured for quality and Build, develop and manage a large team of QA engineers.
-    Create and promote a culture of quality by ensuring that employees are aware of quality requirements and are responsible for managing their own quality standards through training and best practices.
-    Assist in the monitor of production performance against established quality goals by conducting regular factory audits, partnering with Technical.
-    Manager to lead full investigation and failure analysis leading to root cause determination and subsequent closed loop corrective action.
-    Review and control Analyze records of product returns to identify specific problems or trends over time.
-    Determine course of action on orders with quality issues, immediately conduct meeting manager relevant quality issues, solving issues corrective action and corrective action plan.
-    Train and re check, supervise and provide performance feedback to inspectors who carry out the detailed assessment of products at different stages of production. Provide documented quality standards as guidelines for inspector’s day-to-day work.
-    Report quality pre-alert for any quality escapes from the factory impacting customers and work with cross-functional teams in problem solving activities, corrective action plan in case of customer complaints, to provide effective issue resolution. Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
-    Conduct the Pre-Production Meeting, identify the foresee issue and risks operation, analyzing the root cause as well as given proper solution prior to bulk production.
-    Carry out the Inline, Pre-Final, Final Inspection for follow SOP standards.
-    Ensure to highlight the quality problems of the products, procedures organization if any, work out with Suppliers, the preventive measures concrete and implementing the action plan for the continuous improvement. Monitoring the procedure SOP, recording as well as calibration are managed well.
-    Set up and make all flow charts all departments, trained worker department identify, ensure follow standard operating procedure.
-    Carry out monthly and annual system procedure assessments to ensure efficient operation, design and implement the system, implement training programs responsible for compliance with customer.
-    Sharing information and help to control Myanmar, Cambodia factory follow same Hungkiu (VN) system quality I'm the one to review and check if any not following report to general director.

1)    Responsible & job in Thuan Phuong  Group LTD., Company

-    From; July 2015 to April 2017,
-    MDK  2000 employees. Main Knit, woven garment. 15 line of Woven, 20 line of Knit. 
-    Position; Quality Assurance Manager, control 1 QCM, 2 QA supervisor 5 QC leader 25 QA and 170 QC 
-    Thuan Phuong district six 5000 employees. Main Woven 40 line. Responsible review and check system procedure and quality system. By digital and visit 1 time weekly. Report to general director.
-    Thuan Phuong Long An province 45000 employees. Main knit, woven garment, 1 factory for washing 500 employees 50 line of woven 80 line of knit. 
-    Responsible review and check system procedure and quality system. By digital and visit 2 time weekly. Report to general director.

-    Responsible for set up all system procedures and quality system for Buyers requirement. Walmart, Carters, Nike, Target, Jcpenney, Kappa, Haddad Brands, standards.

-    From; April 2012 to June 2015.
-    Conduct the Pre-Production Meeting, identify the foresee issue and risks operation.
-    Carry out the Inline, Final Inspection.
-    Audit and help factory Implement activities with relevant Quality Managers.
-    Assist in the monitor of production performance against established quality goals by conducting regular factory audits, partnering with Technical.

3)    Here are some of my Duties & Responsibilities: 

-    Checked all the pattern running in the sewing lines 
-    Check all the machine lay outs.
-    Prepared for operators breakdown output per day 
-    Check all the operators if the handling method is in correct wa
-    Check & evaluate samples / pattern /file /trim cards, strike off (Embroidery & Printing ) before bulk production .
-    Organize Pre –Production Meeting w/ sewing technician in line & Endline QC.
-    Random checking in sewing line 
-    First output evaluation 
-    Random checking in QC finished goods 
-    Coordinates w/ the buyer QC regarding workmanship during in line inspection.
-    In house qc check the PPS together the fit sample & fit comments 
-    Check the approved trim cards used
-    Check the pattern if any adjustment or correction
-    Check the fabric relaxation date & time 
-    Check the marker lay out if correct 
-    Check the PPS
-    Check the cut goods versus finish pattern ( from top /middle /bottom)
-    Follow up & checked all the submitted samples by sewing line, based on buyers approved
-    Random checking the goods in process to sewing line from the first operation up to last
-    Check the first five output of sewing line (visual & measurement)
-    Prepare reference samples of each line for all critical operations.
-    Make first in line inspection un press garment.
-    Checked all the submitted reference samples by all section (SPM, Final QC, Final Presser, Hand sew, packing) based on buyer approved trims.
-    Inspect the goods in process to finishing start from the 1st operation up to packing section ,based on approved construction & buyers requirement
-    Follow up all schedules inspection for buying QC every day.
-    Conduct all necessary inspection at early stage before the buyer QC conduct the 
-    Inform all concerned personnel, if any problem /discrepancy encountered in any style’s that is in process.
-    Final inspection and make report online system.
