- Take care of over 20 existing customers - 2 in top 10 customers.
- Preparing sale contract, quotation, other related documents as customer's requirement and internal process.
- Visit customers frequently to build strong relationship, update market situation , competitors movement.
- Approach new customers by researching and directly calling, visiting.
- Work with sales team, regularly meeting to give out strategies, for achieving both personal and team sales target in different situation.
- Working closely with CS and Planning team to control inventory, arrange production schedule efficiently for customer, handle problem for delivery with Warehouse and Logistic team.
- Solving claims and catch customer need for new product development with Technical team.
- Follow up payment in order not to over due, exceed credit limit, issues related to billing to support Credit team, and Accounting Department.
- Expand sale importing paper from holding company in Thailand, help checking documents, support customer to follow shipping plan.
- Make report for weekly, monthly meeting, and other tasks as required.
