Working details:
· Post jobs or re-post jobs on recruitment websites, Facebook, LinkedIn….
· Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
· Arrange interviews and update any changes if any; Support interviews
· Receive personnel and conduct new personnel integration on the first day at the company.
· Support to organize company culture activities (staff trip, monthly birthday…) and company meetings.
· Record employee’s data into HR system.
· Make weekly reports, monthly reports as requested.

· To carry out HR procedures (recruitment, employment, compensation & benefits, termination of employment...)
· To carry out and administer insurance procedures in the Company to ensure that the insurance regimes for Vietnamese and foreign staffs.
