Manage the entire food warehouse system of the factory in Vsip, including: dry storage, cool storage, frozen storage.
Transportation system management. ensuring the delivery of food products to customers. Kitchen of companies, B2B businesses, Hangel convenience stores.
Coordinate with sales, purchasing and production departments to ensure orders are completed on time with the best quality
Coordinate with the human resources and administration departments to ensure the staffing of the team
work directly with the suppliers of seasonal manpower, forklift rental, security, truck ... to ensure the operation of the logistcis deptement.
Use the ERP system to link with all departments in the factory. Using WMS system to operate warehouse operations.

Manage operation in Bonded warehouse with 10.000 m2
Employees: 50 persons
The main task is to store and divide the mobile phone screen.
Work closely with the Customs department to operate and handle declarations, import and export of goods in and out of bonded warehouses.
Using customer SAP system to control WH.
Use GPS positioning system to manage the entire transport sector from airports (Noi Bai), seaports (Hai Phong) and inland ports (Huu Nghi- Lang Son to the warehouse system and vehicles to export goods from warehouses to SDV customer.

Lazada project

Manage operation in E-commerce warehouse with 7.500 m2
Employees: 30 persons
The main task is to manage all products of Lazada customers sold on Lazada's official website.
Using customer WMS system to control more than 700 Items codes in WH.
Orders placed by consumers on Lazada's website system will be automatically updated according to the time frames entered into WMS. Warehouse staff will pick up, pack and ship the goods to the carrier for delivery to the end consumer.
Works directly with the carrier (3PL) to ensure delivery is implemented as planned.
Work with your suppliers to ensure your packaging materials are always available to your customers.
Work with a seasonal human resources provider. ensure the source of seasonal workers in customer campaigns.

Other project

Besides the 2 big projects above. ITL also has many other customers, using different services in the chain of services that ITL provides in Bac Ninh: Ceva, Stora Enso , Keihin, Naigai Nitto (ALPS), Sekisui, Cheonil, Mol, DHL,UPS, Mitsubishi, Unilever , Laird

General mission:

Take charge of the warehouse system, assist customers in renovating, repairing and changing the warehouse requirements as needed.
Building human resource management system for each client, ensuring the quality of work and minimizing the cost of the projects.
To recruit and allocate personnel when there is a change.
Work with state agencies and landowners to ensure that the warehouse system is always in good working condition.
