- Receiving docs from customer
- Prepare docs for customs clearance
- Checking all necessary docs for customs clearance
- Sending docs to customer for sign and chop and collect back
- Customs clearance
- Transfering data to customs systems ( VNACCS/VCIS)
- Preparing debit note after completion of delivery
- Sending debit note to customer on time
- Ensuring the confirmation of customer on debit note on time
- Taking care of existing customers of the company
- Meeting with the clients, promoting to sign the contracts and book the ship.
- The checking, testing, quarantining procedures of imported and exported goods of government agency related (inspect
the government’s quality about food, animals and plants quarantining)
- Arrange vehicles to pick up cargo at the ports, airport, customer
- Make quotation about LCL, FCL, domestics, air for all im/ex shipment to send customer.

Position: Document Staff at Bonded Warehouse.
- Receiving docs from logistic department
- Prepare docs for customs clearance
- Checking all necessary docs for customs clearance
- Imput data into VNACCS systems
- Transfering data to customs systems (VNACCS/VCIS)
- Complete procedure customs clearance at VSIP1 customs department.
- Imput data of the im-ex shipments into KNQman system and transfer it to the customs.
- Checking all of warehouse lease contracts on KNQman system to know what contracts is expired as well as out of stock, then proceed to liquid it.
- Making the dispatch to extend the contract
- Base on Fast system to know the commodity position in the warehouse and give dilevery note to worker to export for customer
