Training at Leaderart Malaysia (1 months)
Setup and implementation maintenance program to minimize downtime, and optimize machine's efficiency.
Ensure all equipments and building facilities are well maintained and in smooth operation with cost effective.
Establish and implement the preventative maintenance programs.
Setup, strictly follow KPI of dept. and trouble shooting.
Controlling department documents such as testing records, machine history, downtime records.
Manage and control spare part to ensure no emergency occurred due to lacking of replacement parts.
Working as USA venders, China venders, Japan venders.
Cost estimate and control department’s budget.
Ensure a safe working environment for staffs and contract personnel in complying regulations and standards.

2.    When company begin commissioning and operating :

Maintenance engineer possition : checking the production plan , arrangement of equipment and matterial for producting according to actual situation of production line, inspection of quality and report to manager.
Building and improve process using DCS yokogawa CENTUM CS3000 and Alstom Areva.
Making the PM for maintenace the utility system.
Programming and repairing errors of DCS control system and SCADA of power system.
Operating and supervising maintain of electrical system and motor control system.
Commissioning and operating: indirect cooling water system, air compressor and air dryer system, demineral water treatment system and boiler system.
 Commissioning, operating and maintenance : Potable water supply system, waste water treatment system include acid waste water (WW), thickly oil and emulsion WW, temper WW, alkaline WW treatment system, Bio-chemical water treatment system (aerotank) and dosing system (PAC, PAM ,HCl, NaOH…),sludge treatment system.
Operating centrifuge pump, PAM machine, lime machine, sludge centrifuge machine, filter press machine, scraper machine.
Connective with supplier and constructor test and improve equipment when commissioning.
Responsibility about control system & power system of utilities department.
