  Factory Machines Maintenance, Manage team with 5 Supervisors and 28 technicians working for two shift per day responsibility for sewing shop and Dipping (washing) Plants.
Main Responsibility Areas / Key Tasks:

Engineering :

• Manage the output of the Engineering Department. Responsible for on time, on budget, delivery of engineering work.
• Implement the engineering aspects of manufacturing.
• Reporting to Factory Manager on the performance of the technical management system, including needs for improvement.
• Promote cost down activities for products & equipment/tools/jigs
• Developing new products and supporting yield improvement of production.
•  Line trouble shooting treatment

• New line, new machine plan & set up.

• New product support during building, testing and trial new product, subsequent training for ram up support, mass production.

Maintenance

Assure factory equipment availability and performance according company standards and targets Main KPI: Downtime rate, calibration, and continuous improvement, maintenance cost, changing style plan, machines preparation and inventory, human development).
• Plan & Manage Maintenance budget for parts and service contracts.
• Plan, execute and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance services.
• Manage and execute tools, folders, die cutting, pressing molds and equipment inventory.
• Responsible for the site equipment calibration process and management.
• Drive continuous improvements
• Spare parts and consumables planning, purchase, inventory management and budget control.
• Execute, monitor and improve changeover process.
• Equipment specific training 
• People development and management, set up skill matric and training plan for all team members.

• Built dipping shop from nothing to bulk production, work and supervisor contractor set up facility system including electrical power, pneumatic system, exhaust ducts, thermal oil, steam hose system, water supply and drain system.

Technology :

- Joining training course in Singapore about technology and maintenance for CNC machines.

- Administer of the setting up layout for machinery and utility.

- Working with tooling supplier to trial cutting and select adapt cutting tool.

Maintenance

- Developer and executed process to ensure that productions were run , smoothly and reliably

- Responsibility of optimized production process calculation (as circle time and man powers)

- Make and control yearly maintenance budget. ( include Capex & Opex)

- Develop and implement Planned Maintenance Program

- Supervising third party contractors working in the factory and coordinate their activities in the factory to maintain continual production.

- Conducting daily maintenance on production machineries and develop preventive maintenance schedule of TPM program with Section Head.

- Control inventory for maintenance warehouse with reasonable and reliable stock and contact and make order consumption and equipment.
- Direct and deploy improvement project requested from Production / or Board of Director.

- Make analysis and countermeasures of deviations process & informing coordinate with related parties.

- Conducting summary reports on activity daily / weekly and monthly as well as action-countermeasures against deviations occurs in line.

 

Achievements/Projects?

+ Set up & built machining shop earlier one month than plan after was been trained in Singapore

+ Fast handle new technology and training for new staff can do technology and maintenance job well.

+ Measuring, calculate and balancing cycle time of assembly plant to get maximum line efficiency (80%).
