⮚ Checking the inline material, bottom and upper component ( the color, pattern, overview, thickness hardmess...of component )
⮚ Check and compare trial report and quality of product.
⮚ Inspect the quality of product before shipping (compliance to test standard, cleanness, embellishment, functional issues, dimension & fitting, packing and VAs )
⮚ To make the Daily in line checking and make the report.
⮚ Handle daily mailing and submit weekly report.
⮚ Check, confirm and submit monthly, yearly checking report.

 

2003 to 2015 : POU YUEN INTERPRISE LTD 

I am Working in PouYuen company produces Sports Shoe of ADIDAS and I have 12 more years worked at here position of Team Leader, Quality control and Commercial and Development

  Position :Team Leader / 3 years working in QA / QC Team, ( Quality Assurance / Quality control ) 

 I  had to check the quality of Production and compare to color,material, detail in shoes To find out the technical error

-Work directly to Adidas Brand and factory Pouyuen Viet Nam.

-Set up the progress with factory and Customer

- To make the Daily in line checking and make the report.

-Tracking the production orders and quantity of product

-Checking the inline material, bottom and upper component ( the color, pattern, overview, thickness hardness...of component )

-Check and compare trial report and quality of product.

- Inspect the quality of product before shipping (compliance to test standard, cleanness, embellishment, functional issues, dimension & fitting, packing and VAs )

-Handle daily mailing and submit weekly report.

-Check, confirm and submit monthly, yearly checking report

Position :Team Leader / 3 years working in Commercial Team , my experience is:

  - Commercial include 3 Stages : (CS1 / CS2 / CS3)

 - CS1  stage does not need to try ,because it’s sample size of Development.

 - CS2  stage multiply sample size to 5 main sizes to Test , Fit and Wear approaching request from customers.

- CS3  stage is that after checking the result of CS2 , if it fail, I has to find out the reason and handle it: it pass, I continue to multiply full size for Production.

 Position :Team Leader / 6 years working in Development

 - Received Tech package (including: Material, Shell Pattern,2D and 3D CAD...) from PjM, after checked all  information, I will write email to clarify with them to have correct information.

- While we waiting feedback of PM, we will meeting with concern depts. as: Pattern Guy to inform them open Shell Pattern and then send it to PM confirm, then cut Paper Pattern to make first around Pullover

- Purchasing team inform them to check material us need which they available or not, if no, ask they order and check ETD material tomake around first pullover

- Warehouse: ask they prepare and laminate material need to make pullover.

- Tracking status of pullover in Sample room, after finished first pullover, then will open meeting with Sample Room, Pattern team to know concerns, process also, if Paper pattern have problem, Pattern team will adjust pattern, Workmanship from sample room, and they will pay attention and improve.

- After Pullover confirmed, we will open cutting die, try cutting die pullover, apply for these needful stage.

- Parallel, we need Update BOM in PDM system, create VN SPEC in ERP system

- some stage: CR1 – CR2 – Presell –  SMS – MCS and SMU

- MCS is receiving CSAR report stage from HQ after sent MCS sample to pass MCS sample to production to start product

- From received Tech Package to finish development project ( Inline) need to have
