• In charged for 5 segments of abrasives (SOA) include: bonded abrasives, super abrasives, coated abrasives, thin wheels, construction products which are used in many industries: automotive, precision metal, heavy industry, electronic, wood working.

• Manage existing distributors & expand business by seeking new distributors, new end-users, new application.

• Discuss strategy, sales plan with Country Manager by using customers mapping & TAP as tool direction.

• Manage MTD, YTD sales, orders & budgets in order to make suitable adjustments for plans or strategies to grow market’s share timely.

• To visit the existing customers to engage in technical selling process that allows company to expand business, conduct product test at customer site.

• To maintain and improve professional relationship with key decision makers at customers that allows company to be seen as a value addition supplier.

• Coordinate effectively with Marketing, Customer Services dept and especially SEA Product Manager of each SOAs to finalize suitable products for each application after visiting customers.

• Provide training and produce support material for other members of distributor’s sales team.

• Direct report to Country Manager and dotted line report to Product Manager SEA, General Manager SEA.
