I love language and culture. I want to work in a foreign company or a dynamic professional environment. Therefore, I try to study as many languages as possible. In my previous jobs, I had chances to communicate with foreigners and improve my English. I also become more careful, receive and analyse the information well. One more thing, I have studied at Faculty of English Linguistic and Literature in University of Social Sciences and Humanities so I think that my English skill is good enough to work in an international/ foreign company. I know how to use English well in particular contexts. I am humorous, confident and good at handling situation.

+ Receiving the orders from customers (from many countries), updating checklist

+ Onsite: checking equipment in every booth, handling requests and complaints from customers.

From 2015 – 11/2016: Work as Tester and BPO at Evolable Asia (Japanese)

+ Reading the manual Book and testing software according to instruction.

+ Reporting to Japanese developers if system has any NG

From 10/2017 – now: Work as Sale Admin at LIXIL Vietnam Co., Ltd

+ Contacting to related partners to do process.

+ Reporting the process or trouble to customers, handling problems.

+ Support Sales/ leaders: translate Email, weekly reports, monthly report, meetings with customers
