2018 -> now : Project Secretary for project Management of DMC (4 blocks of 25 floors).
Organize filing incoming and outgoing documents;
Taping official correspondence; Site intruction; Update contracts and appendices;
Monitoring & Checking the technical & Constructive documentation; Payment profile of Construction Contractors and Consutant Contractors under the signed contracts;
Assist the technical department ;
Prepare and provide dossiers of constractors and Consultants to the Depart of Construction and Public departments;
Joining Meeting and taking Meeting Minutes;
Liaise/keep liaison to Contractors and Consultants;
Maintain the monthly PMU fund and make monthly payments (electricity, water, telephone, offerings for Earth God and God of wealth, ...) and reimbursement at the monthly end to the Branch Accounting/DMC;

2017: Project Secretary : for HL design consultant company limited.
Prepare and type interior design contracts and construction contracts (Fitout, finishing works and Furniture);
Submit the samples to Client;
Follow the progress of contracts (design and construction contracts): from signing to making a liquidation;
Meet all requirements of the construction procedures of the Building Management or/and local Authority;
Submit materials sample to the Client and make a Spec list;
Follow supplying all materials, equipment and labor for project at site;
Follow the payment of Clients and schedule of interior construction;
Take all requirements of Clients in progress of the project such as changing the materials, equipment, arising things,…
Help PM and Supervisors in preparing all writtings and other procedures of project;
Type and re-check Minutes of Quantity Inspectation made by the Supervisor;
Make Settlement of project;
During the project,coordinate closely with the others depart such as Design, Materials and Estimation to carry – out the work.
