From 01/2018 to Now: Head of HR Business Partner (reporting to Group HR Director), manage 5 HRBPs for Opcos of BU

Advise business leaders on people-related issues, applying HR knowledge, skills and practices, assessing and alerting on the risks and implications at the local level.

Address and manage employee and Company-related issues in full compliance with local labour law and legal regulations, and Company code of ethics. Advise business leaders accordingly to implement corrective action where necessary.
Partner with many Opcos to identify continuous improvement opportunities for program and policies to address local needs. Advise on practices related to workforce planning, workforce analytics and organizational effectiveness within Opco.
Collaborate closely with Opco & Finance to translate needs to HC and personnel cost.

 

Talent Acquisition:

Contribute to the implementation of the local talent acquisition strategy through proactively addressing GBU/GF talent needs and capabilities gaps.
Promote Company’s image, reputation, products to attract quality candidates. Build talent pipeline. Ensure quality on boarding for new hires.
Performance and Compensation Management.
Lead performance and compensation cycle for Opco. Coach and support Opco business leaders accordingly to advance individual performance and to ensure alignment with global process guidelines.
Support and advise business leaders in C&B decisions to attract, engage and retain employees, ensuring affordability and compliance with global policies and local legal regulations. Possess knowledge of market benchmark and practices.
Track and analyse KPIs and provide feedback to the BOM to ensure efficiency and alignment across Opco.
Partner with Opco business leaders to develop effective and diverse short- and long-term succession planning for key positions, to ensure retention and development of talents.
Together with business leaders identify individual and collective L&D needs and develop suitable solutions, align talent needs with learning programs.

Work with the Group CEO to develop a strategic HR plan that will meet the short term and longterm needs of the company.

Human Capital Management

Recruitment & training:

Build up recruitment policy & procedure; Coordinate with another Department’s Manager in order to design Job Profile (J.P) for all positions.
Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions.
Manage the recruiting & staff developing strategy for the Company to ensure all manpower requisition are fulfilled as soon as possible.
Be responsible for orientation program & career development programs. Corporate with MD/DMD to build up career path development programs.
