WORK DETAILS:

* Purchasing fabric:

+ Create purchasing order to send to supplier. Receive proforma invoice from supplier and confirm.
+ Follow line schedule update and adjust fabric shipment status to catch up with production line
+ Update shipment date and quantity to system (QME)
+ Solve fabric issue with supplier (defects, shortage shipment, etc…)

* Purchasing packing material

+ Check buyer standard for packing material to find out which type of packing material is needed and create packing material order.
+ Check proforma invoice from supplier.
+ Follow shipment status.

2.  Merchandiser (July 2015– Feb 2019)/ Hanoi office of Ehwa corporation  (Korean vendor) / 210 apartment, CT5, My Dinh Song Da, Ha Noi 

WORK DETAILS:

*Production preparing:

+ Follow material shipment status, check material balance sheet. Check and solve fabric/accessories quality issue.
+ Translate tech pack. Follow pp sample making process, cross check technical sewing way with tech pack.
+ Develop print, embroidery and welding part.

* Production monitor:

+ Keep track on daily production quality and productivity to keep shipment date. Solve problems occur.
+ Update technical sewing comment during production.
+ Check and send inline, shipping garment.
+ Arrange inspection with 3rd party to meet shipment schedule

* Shipment:

+ Make packing instruction, assort packing list.
+ Purchase packing materials if require (silica gel, shirt boards & clip, etc)

* Product type: outdoor garment (pants, jacket), shirt.

*WORK DETAILS:

+ Production preparing:

+ Negotiate with factories to get best CMP price & shipment schedule for new order. Arrange production schedule.
+ Create purchasing order for lining, interlining and accessories from local supplier. Search for new suppliers to get most suitable item, negotiate for best price, delivery schedule. Follow materials shipment status to meet lines schedule. Keep track on material inspection.
+ Follow PP sample making process and cross check technical sewing way. Test seam sealing tape to get best sealing tape item suitable to fabric.
+ Prepare tech pack, correct samples, pattern.

* Production monitor: 

+ Monitor in-line quality and productivity. Check garment sewing quality and give comment to factories.
+ Solve problems occur during production.
+ Keep track on hydrostatic test of seam-sealed garment. (waterproof test)

* Shipment:

 + Random inspect garments before shipment,
 + Booking shipment with forwarder and make payment.

* Product type: outdoor pants & jackets with seam sealing. Knit pants and T shirt.
