1. English skills: I was the runner-up of the Tousism English Olympiad Contest held by FOT - HOU + always in the top 03 students having highest English score for 04 years of university
2. Strategic planning: I was the only student represented for students of HOU participated in 2017 APEC Edutainment Exchange Program - organized by the Institue of APEC Collaborative Education and won the 2nd prize for building a strategy to develop an ideal Social Interprise
3. Customer Service skills: I had 02 years directly interacting with customers as a tourguide and 01 year as a salesman => I have gained for myself some experice in Customer Service so that I can serve them well
4. Teamwork Skills: Being trained from Faculty of Tourism- Hanoi Open University, I learnt how to work effectively and listen to other people in a group in order to find the best solutions for every circumstance
5. Confidence: With my experience I have gained so far, I believe in the abilities and capabilities of myself
