Position: Financial Planning and Analysis

Main responsibilities: - Daily Review: Combine Daily Revenue Reports from Accounting Departments of all properties. Review the performance by thoroughly checking and correcting the accounting and other relevant financial records. Work with the properties to clarify if any significant change in Revenue. Write a summary report  and summit to Board of Management with full explanation.
- Monthly Review:  Gather Profit/Loss Statements from properties for Reviewing and doing variance analysis in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures then compare between Actual with Budget, Current and past trends. Reporting and clarify any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities.   Give recommendations and solutions to improve revenue and cost.   Organizes and prepares presentations for meetings between all departments in every month and taking notes the discussion points and the Recommendation. Write a summary report and send out to Board of Management.
- Budget Preparation:   Participate in creating and managing the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan   Do ad-hoc, Support auditing, maintaining and updating the accounting spreadsheets, financial data to ensure that it is compliant with organizations   Collaborate with all departments to work effectively, a number of features must be in place.  Suggest changes and innovation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.

Position: Financial Analyst Main responsibilities:
