WORKING EXPERIENCE
Worked at The Network Center Trading (TNCT) the leading Checkpoint /VMware/Tufin partner in Dubai U.A.E as a Security Solution Architect/Escalation Point from 01 March 2013 – July 01 2019 (August 2019 – December 2019 worked on project basis)
Duties and responsibilities from the year of 2016 to 2019 at The Network Center Trading (TNCT) as the capacity of Security Solution Architect/Escalation Point
Leading and managing the technical team allocating adequate resources based on the nature of the service request and scale of the project/implementation to fulfill the task on given deadlines.
Designing Checkpoint based Security infrastructure (Next Generation firewalls /Enterprise End point Security solutions /Sandboxing Technology/ Cloud security solutions such as vSec) for existing and new customers.
Defining the scope of work for new implementations and support contracts (SLA agreement) commercially by performing analysis based on last financial year for all existing customers
Handling and resolving Escalated issue from High Priority customer on timely manner which includes coordinating closely with R&D in check point and working along with the local check point team
Handling Customer Accounts renewal and contributing in support contract preparation (SLA Agreement)
Coordinating with Sales team on proposing solution to acquire new customers and existing customers on their renewals /vendors transitions.
Performing evaluation on the Technical Engineers in order to provide adequate training to improve the quality of services and technical team strength
Supporting and contributing in maintaining a strong bond with the Technological vendors for quote negotiation along with the Sales team/Higher Management.
Maintaining a strong bond with the end customers by performing routinely meeting to identify customer requirements and satisfaction in order to improve quality of service provided
