QA SAMPLE REVIEW Position

▪ Checking sample’s accessories and fabric follow trim-card and comment of customer 
▪ Take care quality and measurement of samples
▪ Check the pattern , tech-pack , comment and sample garments before sending to customer 
▪ Handling for Developments / PP / Size Set / TOP/ Sale-man sample/QRS…
▪ Recording history with picture , when the sample have many problems about the quality or measurements
▪ I followed the quality of many famously brands WHBM, Macy’s, J-crew and Talbots

CERTIFICATE FACTORY AUDITOR ( CFA ) Position :

▪ Taking care the quality from component to finished product of any PO. That is following the customer’s standard.
▪ Preparing for PP meeting 
▪ Checking quality and quantity of accessories and fabric ( random 10%~15% ) follow customer requirements , before that come to bulk production 
▪ Random audit at cutting department follow pattern ( from 10%~15% / PO ) 
▪ When bulk products come to production, I will follow and take care quality combine with QC in-line and QA 
▪ When we have more than 80% finished products in the warehouse , I will do pre- final inspection with that PO follow customer requirements and AQL and make final report 
▪ Sometime I test many products or accessories at Lab dept.then make report and send to customer 
▪ Recording history with picture , when the PO or product have many problems about the quality or measurements
▪ Follow and take care customer , when they come to factory for final inspection I followed the quality of many famously brands:MACY’S
