  • Daily control the background area in factory and outside, patrol canteen, office, meeting room, toilet to ensure those are clean, neat and provided stationery enough and all facilities are well operated
  • Book meal daily for all employees and supervise the meal supplier to ensure the quantity, quality and safety of food.
  • Control Stationery (Use software K3)
  • Find potential suppliers to achieve the target price and quality in compliance with company’s compliance policy
  • Get quotation of supplier.
  • Take responsibility for buying and distributing supplies Stationery
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department and make sure in time payment for suppliers
  • Book taxi if required and arrange the company car.
  • Apply payment for Stationery, Telephone, Courier, Meal,……
  • Make plans for annual health checking of employees
  • Solve directly all questions, troubles, conflicts and complains of employees
  • Hold extra-activities for the company

+ 1/2017-10/2017: Human Resources

  • Controlling monthly salary payroll, daily record, overtime calculation
  • Manage recruitment and training of the company:
  • Receive recruitment requests for departments, make a list of recruitment
  • Post recruitment announcement
  • Receive CV, check and list good CVs
  • Make a call to invite test and interview 
  • Announce successful candidates and working date
  • Prepare labor contract , Employee Card, Locker for new staffs
  • Training new staffs.
  • Controlling training contract, probationary contract, labor contract for employee Control labour contracts
  • Support the task which realate to insurance policies
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of HR – Admin Department.
