- Receive and checking PO from customer and call out if found any discrepancies.
- Input PO number/ quantity/ price… on ERP system.
- Receive fabric information, consumption from manager to place bulk order as well as inputting on ERP system.
- Tracking fabric bulk lot to prepare for production.
- Input fabric invoice/ packing list on ERP and send to factory.
- Checking production plan from factory to arrange fabric/ materials on time.
- Work with factory to solve any problems caused.

- Receive sample requests from buyer from development stage such as PROTO, LA, FIT...
- Checking capacity with factories/ sample rooms to see if they can accept all sample quantity within customer’s due date.
- Request fabric/ trims from suppliers to make samples.
- Request TD team to make mini-marker for production team to check & place bulk fabric.
- Checking sample’s measurement & appearance.
- Support managers for system input such as costing.

- Receive garment orders from UNDER ARMOUR & ASICS vendor.
- Checking BOM and request mills to send fabric/ trims to make samples.
- Checking appearance of sample and give CMPT price.
- Request TD team to give fabric mini-marker to calculate consumption and place booking order to suppliers.
- Prepare necessary documents for accounting department to open LC (if require) or make TT payment to suppliers.
- Follow and checking status with fabric mills & prepare invoice/ packing list for Import department to make custom clearance and receive bulk fabric on time.
- Follow production and solving any problems caused.
