1. Responsible for personnel recruitment, training, salary policy adjustment, the staff assessment evaluation adjustment, meetings organization;
2. Recruitment plans implementation, to meet the needs of the sales department and new comer training and reserved resources for the company;
3. Responsible for the organization and management of the sales department;
4. Assist in optimizing the company's corporate culture and organization of the company's amateur activities;
5. Responsible for administrative daily work arrangements and follow up tasks;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management, psychology, e-commerce, etc. is preferred;
2. Have a good understanding of the sales industry, and have more than three years of human resource management experience, good at recruitment, salary assessment, training modules, familiar with various recruitment channels, and can timely introduce suitable candidates for enterprises;
3. Have strong execution ability and good communication skills;
4. Must have Chinese language comunication skill.
Note: This position not belong to Huawei company. It belongs to Huawei partner and will work as Huawei partner Human Resource Manager.
