• As an independent legal entity, CTAC is operating its member companies as well as managing an expert team of each country’s CTAs, CPAs, lawyers and finance professionals.
• CTAC (VIETNAM) ADVISORY CO., LIMITED is a Vietnamese entity of CTAC Group that provides consulting services on transaction prices for clients in Vietnam with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
• CTAC is an advisory team of Transfer Pricing. As an experienced advisory team in the field of APA/MAP agreements, we are formed by the best consultants regarding transfer price reports, policies on transfer price as well as dealing with BEPS (local files, master files and CbC reports).

★☆★ Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and addressing client needs, including leading client discussions and meetings;
• Preparing transfer pricing policy, planning reports and documentation to substantiate transfer pricing service
• Assisting with application for and negotiation of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) where clients would like up-front certainty on transfer pricing positions
• Developing an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic and financial knowledge to client situations
• Preparing quality transfer pricing report and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products
• Working with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and Managers in managing client relationships and work streams;
• Delegating appropriate work to junior members of staff and review their work in a structured format, including, on-the-job training and coaching to junior members of our team;

★☆★ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above. preferably in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
• MUST have CPAVN or Certificate for Practicing Tax (Chứng chỉ Hành nghề Dịch vụ làm thủ tục về Thuế)
• At least 05 YEARS experience.
• EXCELLENT ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL, while the ability in KOREAN or CHINESE languages a plus.
• Strong Word, Excel, PPT skills.
• Well planning and have the ability of efficient time management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
