[Urgent] Sales Account Manager for Creative Design Agency

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Account Manager to join Conceptual.Studio in creating an internal sales process for acquiring new customers for the services we offer as well as upselling to existing or newly signed clients. As you establish the processes, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our services in custom wordpress sites, woocommerce, magento, corporate identity design, mobile app development, mobile app design. The person will be comfortable with hitting sales targets and can talk about career achievements in past sales targets established. To ensure maximum success with who we hire, we are looking for a candidate with an existing sales network that s/he can tap into and sell our services too. We take pride in delivering awesome products to our clients, so should you.

Responsibilities
- Create and implement the sales process
- Acquiring new clients.
- Experience with setting up a CRM
- Has an established network for direct sales
- Doesn't get phased by rejection
- Experienced with direct sales, either telesales or door to door.
- Hit Sales targets

- University degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 1 years relevant working experience in Sales field
- Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Fluent in all commonly used office software
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Good in operation management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
