Urgent! Project Marketing Executive - B2B Section

Main Duties:
"Project’' is an order which has a large amount of units for example: Apartment/ Building/ Hotel/ Resort, etc.
This position will be responsible for:
- Develop, manage and execute marketing strategies and tactics targeting B2B customers in Southern region
- Leading project marketing activities by cooperating with brand teams and sales teams to build up successful joint marketing strategy and plan with Key Accounts in Southern region
- Implementation of project marketing activities such as event, seminar or exhibition
- Supporting Project Sales activities, such as creating sales tools, catalog or demonstration
- Assist Sales teams in meeting with customers to enhance sales result
- Cooperate and work closely with Key Accounts in implementing marketing activities of projects which having company’s products
- Help to strengthen relationship with architect and designers
- Creating project marketing tools and communication
- Assist Project Marketing Manager in related jobs

- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or other related fields
- At least 3 year working experience in Project, B2B or Trade Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Enthusiastic, honest, hardworking and proactive team player
- Good English communication skill
- Experience at the same position in Real Estate or Building Material industry is a strong advantage
- Willing to travel for business purpose
