Mô tả công việc
- Check payment requests, review and verify invoices and supporting documents
- Prepare and process bank transfers and cash
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Issue invoices to customer and monitor overdue customer balances, issue payment reminder letter, contact debtors for payment.
- Provide accounting documents to external audits when required
- Make sure the payment request is full of supporting documents and scientifically stored
- Control office supplies and stationeries in an effective manner.
- Other tasks assigned by accountant supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance
• At least 01 experience year at the same position
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to complete work on schedule
• Ability to communicate in English is a plus
