• Develop a comprehensive internal audit program for the bank’s operations. Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the internal audit program;
• Review bank practices and records for compliance with established internal policies and procedures;
• Develop recommendations for improving internal control, operating efficiency, and the adequacy of bank records and recordkeeping;
• Report audit findings and recommendations to Head of Internal audit based on the results of regularly scheduled audits, non-scheduled audits, and at any time when issues need to be addressed;
• Draft internal audit reports of findings and recommendations;
• Conduct follow-up reviews of audit recommendations;
• Conduct investigation, as requested by Head of internal audit or Board of Controller;
• Assist Head of Internal audit in fulfillment of its duties and responsibilities.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Managers.

• Thiết kế chương trình kiểm toán đầy đủ cho các hoạt động Ngân hàng. Thực hiện kiểm toán hoạt động tài chính, vận hành và tuân thủ theo như chương trình kiểm toán đã thiết kế;
• Soát xét các hoạt động và tài liệu nhằm đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ của các chốt kiểm soát và quy định nội bộ;
• Đưa ra các kiến nghị nhằm nâng cao hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ, hiệu quả hoạt động, và mức độ đầy đủ trong việc ghi nhận và lưu trữ dữ liệu của Ngân hàng;
• Báo cáo các phát hiện và kiến nghị đến Trưởng Kiểm Toán Nội Bộ dựa trên kết quả kiểm toán định kỳ, đột xuất, và khi có phát sinh;
• Dự thảo báo cáo kết quả phát hiện và kiến nghị kiểm toán;
• Thực hiện theo dõi tình hình khắc phục kiến nghị kiểm toán;
• Thực hiện điều tra, theo yêu cầu của Trưởng kiểm toán nội bộ hoặc Ban kiểm soát;
• Hỗ trợ Trưởng KTNB trong việc hoàn thành trách nhiệm và nghĩa vụ của mình.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

1/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate from University with major in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years working experience in banking industry.
• CPA, ACCA, CIA or relevant certifications preferred.
• Basel II, COSO or Enterprise risk management knowledge is priority.
• Strong working knowledge of retail banking operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Vietnamese and English or Korean)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to positively interface and work well with all levels of staff and management.
