Training and Development Manager

- Coordinate with the divisions / departments of the Group and member units to survey and identify training needs and propose necessary courses;
- Synthesis, analysis of training needs, budgeting and planning of training programs;
- Schedule and organize classes, make general reports to evaluate the results of these classes with advice from teachers and students;
- Management of training databases, supplier data, training materials library;
- Training orientation for new employees of the Group;
- Drafting forms, processes and regulations related to training activities;
- Coordinate with the Administration Department to prepare logistics for classes and to invite internal lecturers / outside lecturers to work within the framework of training programs;
- Making ideas, deploying monthly or quarterly internal programs;
- Looking for 3rd partners to provide related services;
- Implement periodic reporting and work progress reports at the request of the high management level
- Perform other tasks as assignment from high management level

- Have 2-3 year experience at the same position
- Experience at implementing E-Learning System is an advantage
- Experience at training of Retails, Hospitality is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written English
- Dynamic and initiative at workplace
- Presentation skills, problem solving, teamwork and independence skill
