- Handle flight bookings and requests from clients by emails, phones and system.
- Contact with Airlines/Agent to issue ticket and confirm clients.
- Follow up clients’ enquiries via email and phone.
- Responsible for Customer Care, especially Corporate Segment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Work Location: 86/56/20 Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Ticketing.
- Proficiency in international ticket reservation systems such as Amadeus, Abacus, Sabre.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and computer skills.
