Technical Support Specialist

The Work Profile:

To support technically of chemicals application related to Water–Based Decorative Paints & Coatings manufacturing industries etc.
To provide technical advice and solutions to customer needs and requirements.
To meet the company goals and KPIs set by the management.
Able to anticipate customers’ needs and requirements, and to support sales team increase the revenues by expanding customers and products applications.
Understand of market competition landscape and customers buying trends.
Ensure timely response to customers' enquiries, feedback and comments.
Establish excellent relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
Prepare and manage reports, submit on time.

The Person:
2 - 5 years technical experience in related discipline or industries. Strong technical knowledge in Water-Based Decorative Paints & Coatings is preferred
Degree holder in Chemistry or related discipline.
Self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in ENGLISH – writing and communication is needed.
Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Demonstrates ability to review and improve work processes so as to achieve better productivity in his/her areas of responsibility.
Proactive to learning and contribute to organizational goals.
