- Managing existing customer accounts in term of customer satisfaction
- Making samples, tests to validate a product, process
- Performing trouble shooting at customer’s sites
- Assuring high level technical support to the customers before, during and after sales according to Atotech’s strategy: “best local service“
- Liaises with technical and support staff regarding technical aspects of proposals, trials and installations
- Identifying and develop potential for business growth opportunities
- Monthly, quarterly and annual market update report on new customers, projects, business opportunities, competitors, etc
- Providing annual sales forecast and budget in line with target agreement
- Any other technical services required by the customer

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background in chemistry
- At least 2-year experience in plating or related industry (knowledge of general metal finishing industry is advantage)
- Creative, dynamic and resourceful with good sales and marketing capabilities
- Ability to communicate in English both in writing and speaking
- Readiness to travel internationally for training purposes
- Demonstrates ability of working in team to successfully meet client expectations
- Good level of common office software
- Problem solving skill: intermediate
- Committed with integrity and initiative
- Demonstrate ability of working in team to successfully meet client expectations
