Talent Acquisition Specialist – Consumer Electronic Industry

As a part of Human Resource Department, you will be assigned recruitment needed from Account Manager and HR manager. The goal is to place all vacancies in the short time and reduce recruiting expenses.
 Writing and publishing different job ads and follow up on the job boards;
 Sourcing, hunting potential candidates and developing recruiting strategies to build a strong network of technical candidates;
 Identification and qualification of potential candidates by different tools/techniques;
 Managing entire recruiting process and closely follow up with all on-process candidates;
 Attending Selection Committee weekly to build and justify strategic recruitment plan;
 Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs;
 Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits;
 Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
 Improves recruitment process attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;
 Manage job offer including negotiation and administration;
 Responsible for orientation/induction program to new hire in order to become fully integrated;
 Managing candidate database and recruitment reports;
 Implement employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally;
 Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events (if any); Will also be responsible for campus recruiting in Vietnam;
 Other duties are assigned by HR Manager;

Requirements:
- Graduated with a Bachelor in related majors, ideally 4 years’ experience in recruitment & selection with at least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry especially in consumer electronic industry is a plus
- Be able to work under high pressure and deadlines
- Experience sourcing and hunting
- Good at dealing with senior level
- Strong time management skills
- Good at English communication – oral and writing
- Experience working in the global country
- Excellent interpersonal style – with cultural sensitivity to deal with diverse nationalities
