SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work with our Advisory and Shared Services business, providing HR strategic and operational business partnering as well as support and championing organizational change and business initiatives.
The HRBP is responsible for providing a central point for HR matters, advice and guidance to the Vietnam Advisory and Shared Services businesses. Primary business partners are the Advisory and Shared Services Business Line Leaders and their respective management teams and the incumbent is expected to drive initiatives with the business, at both tactical and strategic levels.
The HRBP will work with Vietnam HR team and/or regional HR to agree and make recommendations to Leaders that are consistent with local country practice and legislation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

* HR BUSINESS PARTNERING:

- Support Vietnam HR leadership with the implementation and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow and marketing of HR strategy
- Assist to link overall HR strategy into business plans for lines of business within the allocated portfolio. Understands the business and is closely aligned with the business leaders
- Provide direction to business lines through partnership and collaboration with in-country HR teams
- Work closely with the Business Line Leader (BLL) to provide HR advice and assistance to ensure the smooth operation
- Advice BLLs on team structure, headcount, job appointment, promotion, transfer, compensation review for related lines of business to be aligned with business strategy
- Provide interpretation of corporate policies and procedures; i.e. guides BLLs in handling sensitive issues regarding performance management and other employee relations matters
- Enhance employee and management performance by identifying training and development needs, offering and evaluating appropriate training programs. Assist with conduct of necessary training programs
- Monitor employee productivity by liaising with BLLs for regular employee performance and productivity
- Ensure that employees within areas of responsibility adhere to the corporate policies and procedures and are in compliance with applicable HR requirements
- Join regular meetings with BLLs for project plan in term of business and HR
- Partner with business to increase level of Employee Engagement and Relation. Come up with initiatives for staff activities
- Perform other responsibilities assigned

* TALENT ACQUISITION:

- Handle recruitment and selection with hiring managers from these lines of business including developing job descriptions and specifications, making advert, collecting CVs, making shortlist and handle interview process
- Liaise with hiring manager to get final decision on the potential candidates for making job offer and check reference if required
- Manage new staff procedure, welcome new joiners and monitor all required documents
- Manage the Avature recruitment management system, upload CVs and take lead all related activities
- Work closely with BLLs for the recruitment plan and handle requirement for each position as required timeline
- Develop the recruitment channel for each specific position
- Build and develop talent mapping, talent strike for related lines of business
- Plan and organize necessary HR event to promote CBRE branding
- Other jobs assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Possess a broad depth of experience across the employee life cycle, with a focus on supporting team performance
- Experience in partnering closely with the business
- Strong sense of business acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability in stakeholder management
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups and leaders
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, SMUI and related HR laws
- English fluency (Listening, writing and speaking)
- Computer literacy & knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiar with the HR system and other related HR systems
- Well-organized. Good time management
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize job effectively and accurately
- Hard working, enthusiasm, loyalty
- Professional, positive and pro-active . Ability to work autonomously with full support but independent and driven
- A good team player

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of related business experience in related position
• Experience of working in multi-national environments for large globally based organizations with complex matrix reporting structures
• Professional in Human Resources designation preferred.
