Supply Chain Representative Viet Nam

You are in charge of supporting the daily operations related to the Phileo customer service. The primary responsibility in this position is to coordinate all the different flows in order to guarantee our customers the best service. You are under the responsibility of the Supply chain director and you work closely with the Viet Nam Management team. You have an important role of coordination (internal and external), you are part of the global market access network and contribute to the product registration in Viet Nam.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

- In collaboration with Phileo Demand and Supply manager, you ensure the product availability based on stock/orders/forecasts.
- Manage the purchase orders to our subsidiaries. You always make sure that the documentation is in accordance with the import rules.
- Process the customers’ orders for the inner Market (we are expecting at long term a development of our sales to export) : from the order receipt till the delivery to the customer.
- Coordination with the warehouse (internal and external) for the different flows of goods.
- Manage the quality complaints and non-conformities in accordance to Phileo Procedure and with the Phileo Quality Coordinator
- SPOC (single point of contact) with the local authorities in the framework of the product registration strategy. In this scope, the supply chain coordinator works closely with the global market access team for the constitution of the dossier and is part of the market access network. There is an important role of promoting the Business Unit strategy in terms of product positioning in Viet Nam.
- Is in charge of preparing and submitting to the Market access Team the local labelling requirements and keeps updated the market access labeling data according to the local requirements.
- Overdue : in close contact with the sales team and supply chain director, helps to recover the payments and reports the situation once a month
- Responsible for coordinating and providing all necessary information for production of the global reports.
- In charge of various daily administration tasks.

- Graduate in international business or equivalent
- 5 years experience in Sales administration or logistics or Supply Chain (flow management), preferred in the international environment.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
- Interpersonal skills, Pro-active, sense of responsibility
- Team player with excellent multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills.
- Rigor and pragmatism.
- Can be asked to visit the warehouses, customers, Phileo Sales office or attend meetings (twice a year) abroad
- Good communication skills to deal with the authorities
- Regular business trips to Hanoï for registration purposes
