Supply and Environment Manager

Role Purpose:

As part of the central functional team you will be responsible for management of activities for Supply partners, including procurement, supplier assessment and auditing, and social responsibility, that supports the Ergo business in its service delivery to its client and positions Ergo as an Industry leader in the business areas it decides to operate in. This role is responsible for the defined services across the Vietnam region.

Supplier Performance Management

Measure and manage supplier performance (delivery, environmental, quality, operational)
Identification of high/low performing suppliers
Engagement with suppliers to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in our operating model
Manage the supplier accreditation and qualification process
Manage supplier appointment and removal

Supplier Development

Develop supplier panels to support the service delivery to clients
Identify potential suppliers for future business requirements
Business plan development with suppliers
Ensure suppliers are able to meet the policies set by Ergo and it s clients through collaboration, assessment and auditing.
Minimise the cost of supplier assessment and auditing.

Procurement Practices

Develop and manage effective and efficient buying practices for all Accounts

- Orders that can be tendered and placed on a rate card
- Alternate buying practices
- Management of high value orders
- Elimination/Reduction of low value orders
- Management of non-bid work
- Optimise buying power across Accounts with a focus on regional opportunities.

Manage the alignment of suppliers with Accounts
Develop supply strategy by client, country and region

Client Innovation

Coordinate with Account Directors to provide Innovation sessions for clients showcasing new developments from suppliers.
Ensure that all Account staff are aware of any new product developments
Facilitate the communication of innovation across the regions allocated to the manager

1. At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
2. Experience in identifying and managing suppliers, vendors, design agencies and logistic providers in Vietnam.
3. Experience in print specifications, pricing exercise, premium's / give away gifts.
4. Knowledge of environmentally sustainable materials
5. Strong hands-on experience in Excel / SAP / Noosh or similar interface
6. Good communication skills
