SSHEQ (Safety) Engineer Molenbergnatie Vietnam

As SSHEQ Engineer for Molenbergnatie Vietnam, you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, security, health, safety, environment & quality. This includes, but is not limited to developing SSHEQ policies on company level, ISO management compliance, SSHEQ compliance throughout the organisation and sustainability.

This position reports directly to the Deputy General Manager of Molenbergnatie Vietnam as a staff function, works in close cooperation with the Warehouse Manager and Production Manager.
• Assures consistent quality of production by enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems; validating processes; providing documentation; training staff.
• Same time, this function will be responsible for Safety, Health and Environmental compliance with local law, and group’s standards.
• Achieves quality assurance on operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; quality -, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving quality and safety issues; completing audits; determining system improvements on quality and safety; implementing change, and continuous improvement in close cooperation with Warehouse Manager and Production Manager.
• Meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification of procedures.
• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production quality and safety reports; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Maintains and improves quality of work by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; logging and cataloging customer complaints; collaborating with other members of the local management team to develop new executions - and training methods.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Maintain the group’s policy on Health, Safety and Environment standards, implementing, controlling and improving gradually as per country legislation, and -customs.
• Assurance of food safety procedures and track records in relative segment of the total food processing flow of products handled in the company.

• As per SSHEQ KPI’s, to be determined by the Deputy General Manager Vietnam, a.o. minimum scores on external (such as ISO) and customer’s audits of the warehouse/operations, SSHEQ scorecard, operational performance (LTI, efficiency) in close cooperation with local Operations Manager
• Contribute to Molenbergnatie Brand Awareness in the Vietnamese market
