- Meeting sales target
- Develop business network and new sales opportunities, pursue sales leads, visit clients for presentation/demonstration of products and addresses the needs of larger accounts
- Following up business with existing accounts
- Work closely with operation team to address customer service issues and involve in stocks forecast
- Actively participate in marketing activities for the designated territories and develop in-depth understanding of market situation, as well as able to expand market share in mid and long term
- Create sales plans that will enable enhanced relationships with end users/accounts and distributors in designated territory
- Forecast sales to identify trends to capitalize on proactive selling solutions & Be accountable for sales forecast accuracy
- Maintain sales activity in CRM by updating clients' data, planning of visits, generating of sales visits report and updating of projects status timely

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 - 6 years of sales experience in electrical, electronics, automation or appliances engineering
- Effective communication skills in English & Vietnamese
- Result-oriented, detailed, honest, independent, long-term commitment, can-do & willing-to-learn attitude, ability to work under pressure & integrity
